| Why was the B.T.
Bombers set up?
|
"I formed the B.T. Bombers in 1990. My
mission was to give back to the community where I live. There were so many
kids I saw just standing on the corners in the summertime when I worked
as a police officer. I wanted to set up a supervised activity for the kids,
and I knew a lot about boxing," says Clem.

| Why Boxing?
|
"Boxing teaches a person how to deal losing
and adversity, in the ring and in their lives. What's more important to
me is not winning but seeing how they handle losses in a positive way.
We teach self-control," says Clem.
